Mortgage Rates on the rise

Mortgage rates have been on the rise the last couple of days.

It has been a volatile last 2 days, which is typical for December. MBS open about -14/32 nd lower than yesterday and has been down -7/32nd to +1/32nd. Currently down -3/32.
