First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

The current First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit will expire Dec. 1st.  Plans are in the works to extend the tax credit and/or modify the current bill.

Currently  first time homeowners are the only group of buyers who can qualify.  Their income must be equal or below $75,000 (single) or $150,000 (couple).  The new proposal would include some move up buyers, as well as increase the yearly income.
